Hello Christof et al. I'm wondering why you're referencing Walnut Street when this tower is being build on Chestnut Street. Unless I've had way too many gin and tonics I thought the first tower being build was The Grove which is on Chestnut Street. The Walnut Street tower is slated to begin this fall and will be on Walnut Street and will house Penn offices. Right?

Its because I get my nuts confused. You are correct, this is on Walnut, not Chestnut.

Regarding the proposed Walnut Street tower, does anyone have any confirmations that this will begin this fall? I was under the impression that outside of the approx 100k SF commitment from Penn which has been around for years, there had been no other leases confirmed and without these, Brandywine will not begin construction on this tower. Has anyone heard anything otherwise?

I'd imagine in the mid 20's (units) per floor.

I'm absolutely loving the steel trusses! I hope they are still somehow visible in the finished building, they give this such a unique look.
