You don't consider that Publix "real?" I'm sorry to inform you but 30,000 sf is probably as big as you'll see in Midtown proper. The bigger stores only work when the rent is lower per square foot or the sales much higher - neither of which are financially feasible today.
You might see a small gourmet market open, but larger stores like at Ansley Mall are simply not going to happen.
