The view upon crossing the bridge from Sapperton Station:


The path from the station leads to a nice little plaza fronted by (still to be leased) CRUs. The picnic tables have a great view of the river:

Perspective from the internal road perpendicular to Columbia. A Starbucks will be moving into one of the CRUs on the far side:


Can't really capture this side of the building in one shot as most of the site is still fenced off for future construction:


From Columbia:


Take Five Cafe, an insurance place, and a sales centre for the residential component of the project (far left) have moved into the CRUs of the first building:


A nice urban streetscape along Columbia:

Brown's timed their opening to coincide with Translink's move. It didn't look very busy when I was there, but apparently it's hopping in the evenings:
