28 storey Chinese seniors residence. Nothing special, but a rather large building nonetheless.

That looks great! How tall? It's gotta be about as tall as Ultima?

Not bad, not great. Is that curtain wall concave, or are my eyes playing tricks on me.

Part of it is concave, the main part is convex.

The views from that are going to be amazing. It's a hell of a hike up the hill to get into downtown though.

of course not, none, no examples.

That said, we could use a lot more.

no architecture school for the city certainly doesn't help.

What is up with Montreal's suburbs continuing to build towers from the the 1970's?

Honestly I don't know. I really don't know why suburban Montreal has to be so indifferent to aesthetic beauty. All of them, too.

The 1970s were a stylish decade and this office proposal is 100 times more interesting that the sterile glass boxes Toronto has been getting. I'd love for Southcore in Toronto to get something that looked this good. Bravo Longueuil! That window design is awesome. Love, love, love it.

I don't mind the Tour SSQ in Longueuil either. Although I think I liked the previous version better:
