Ford's statements are practically an admission of associated guilt, still however, a technical denial at the same time. Because of the lack of credibility of the source there is a good possibility that the alleged video may never surface, leaving any questions unanswered. It's only a matter of time before there is a resignation IMO.

His statements can be a trap that lead to a lawsuit that not only destroys his enemy, but secures his financial future and makes him a martyr. The thing is that it is not some broke crack addict making accusations, its actual corporations worth money that can be sued and compensation easily forced out of them and the entire extreme crazy lefts reputation on the line with nothing to fall back on. Right now he could just be allowing the situation to climax before making his move and blowing it right back in everyones face and making himself a martyr. In his position thats what I would do right now if I was innocent and knew I could prove my innocence, thats what any polarizing figure would do if they had proper advice.

Personally I respect him because when a person can get self proclaimed liberals to abandon their principals and start a witch hunt then they must be doing something right. If Ford would run in Vancouver I would vote for him...why not, have some fun and shake things up and once the dust settles hopefully everyone is better of with a more balanced government...(i'm not betting my life on the last sentence though)..

I am not surprised at all about members of the Ford family being involved in illegal activities. They seem to arrogant and nasty to be legit business people.

I don't know how anybody can like Rob Ford at this point. Maybe some of his policies are popular him as an individual as mayor has been as disastrous as many predicted. I actually want him to finish his term and see if he has the balls to run again. Olivia Chow would beat him big time.

Well... he's really mayor because of divisive politicking. 80,000 people in the pre-amalgamation city also voted for Ford--more than 30 per cent of the "downtown" vote.

Yes, but the question is did they really find the fire or did they make a mistake by not double checking their facts due to overconfidence because of all this smoke.
