Applications for New Multi-Family Development Permits in the City of Edmonton in the first quarter of 2013 are up 92% from the same period last year, a new report says.
Applications for New Commercial and Industrial Development Permits are up 24%, according to the Current Planning Branch Quarterly Activity Report. More Plumbing, Gas, Electrical and Building Permits have been issued compared to the same time last year. Almost 22,000 safety inspections have been carried out.
