Nothing at the moment, Concord had a storage yard in South East Richmond down near the Riverport Flats, they've lost that yard and they moved the cranes back into the city for storage, similar to what they used to use the expo land for prior to it all be moved out for the Olympics.

Will the residents be thrilled about the Concord junk yard returning to the neighborhood?

I posted about that one a few months back, it's a mix or units. I'll try and find the post.

Here's a link to the details

Alexandra on English Bay today. This view is an extreme angle from our apartment and layers of the window start to distort the image resulting in poor photo quality...

Noticed today on my commute by Sears (ex-Eatons) that the street-level glass on the Granville Side is now gone, giving a good look into the empty main-floor space.

Gives me another excuse to change buses there & see if Five Guys lives up to the hype.

order a little burger and have someone with you to share the fries - the small fries are way too much for one person to handle

Mason Robson Centre 720 Robson.
Spandrels and panels are quite light, thought they'd be darker.

Yeah, not what I expected based on these renders (where only the alley elevator core has light spandrel):
