Did anyone else hear something? It was like a faint whisper on the wind. It's gone now though.

Anyway, I wish someone had told us that the garage would look fine once they did it. So much needless worrying. Oh well.

Are there any updates?

The last photos are from March 20th, is the yellow crane still there?

Restaurant framing going up now.. That will make the corner of the parking structure look sharp!

From Halifax... Any pics I can see?

Building looks good!

Here are my latest. I'll get you a close-up of where the restaurant is going today or tomorrow.

GASP! Don't let the others hear you talk like that.. Your SSP membership might be revoked!

I don't "love" it but I still feel it's an attractive building (on top) and will be a great addition to the downtown area

The office section is nicely finished, and is not just a rectangular box, but would have been much better with the tower taller and smaller in coverage. It was a lost opportunity to improve on the city's skyline.

I 100% agree with this. Exactly how I feel.

I really like the office portion of the building, but the parking garage is too obvious for my liking I do love how it adds to the skyline though. Maybe once the restaurant is done and the water street stores are done it'll feel a little better

One positive though: that restaurant is going to have an unmatched view from any other restaurant in the city. Its slight elevation will do it wonders

It reminds of a short fat lady on stilts, short wide stilts.

I'm still under the impression that there is much to be added to the parking structure, which will make it look less like a parking structure. Aside from the restaurant (which apparently has begun?) renderings make it looks like there will be something between the spaces in the garage.

That being said, I completely agree that an extra few stories (3-6) would have make the building look much, much better.

I agree with copes. An average sized woman on short wide stilts would look much better than a short fat woman on similarly sized stilts

Really don't like 351. The garage is not as bad as I thought it would be, but it's still pretty awful.

The whole design just looks cheap.

Modern day atlantic place.

Just my opinion.
