Partly. The store itself will be clad in stone other than the entrances.
The upper office floors will have lights on though.
I was thinking more about daytime.

When the next few panels come off, the emergency stairs inside the building will be exposed. Should look interesting.

The stairs look like a "module" inserted into the building floorplate (as the walls don't line up with the columns)

I don't think those stairs will remain. Obviously stairs will need to be a part of the redevelopment but they will likely get pulled into the building to keep the windows open for offices, as that is the preference of the users.
