...The new Celtic-themed pub, which will be adjacent to 1048 Jazz and Blues and across the street from Sinclair’s, will focus on Cloverdale’s history.
The business will be named after William Graham, the first mayor of Cloverdale who founded it in 1819. Cloverdale was originally known as Graham’s Woods. The pub’s logo is the badge of the Graham Clan of Scotland.
Watson said he hopes to have the pub open by mid-summer. The plan is to gut the inside of the space where the jewelry store was, but keep the exterior bricks and add windows to the east wall. The area will have skylights, ceiling fans, window walls for ventilation and access to
a rooftop bar. The space next door, where The Look Boutique used to be, will be the main part of the pub.
Watson said he plans to have a theme-appropriate menu, authentic Celtic entertainment and a variety of “the finest” single-malt Scotch whisky.
Façade improvements and upgrades to the sidewalks and parking spaces are included in Watson’s plans for the properties...
