Some really nice stuff going on in Ottawa! I like them all except SOHO Champagne. But even it isn't terrible or anything.

Because of how he worded it. "Office Tower portion".

I wonder why they chose this angle? Unless that 5 lane road is a big selling point in Oakville.

Normally I'm all for this type of design, but this one looks like it should be Pinhead's rubix cube castle of pain or something.

The Maze is quite amazing, but this sort of design really risks looking dated in the future. I find it just a bit too busy.

I tend to agree.....a bit too busy for me.

That said, I congradulate them on not coming up with another sterile glass box like they do in downtown Toronto.

Not sure if I like it or not but it's interesting. I have a feeling that it something that looks much better as a design rendering than it would as a finished building

It's not stunning or anything, but it will sure look better than 90% of the buildings in the area.

Now, let's wait and see if they will build simple boring office towers or will they integrate a QDS-worthy component.

What is the status of Edmonton's major proposals?

Manulife 2, Bellamy, Edmontonian, Stationlands B, Imperial Place, Viking Arms, and Aurora. I just want to know which are approved and which are still proposed. I'm trying to update the wikipedia page for Edmonton's tallest buildings and I think it is ripe with misinformation and lack of information.

Btw, I count 38 floors on that render. I thought it was to be 31?
