Redpath? so does that mean it's being built on the site of the old sugar refinery?

No, it'll be on Redpath Avenue which is near Yonge & Eglinton.

240 Fourth Ave

A five storey office proposal on a surface parking lot in downtown Saskatoon. Partially pre-leased by the First Nations Bank of Canada, so construction should be a go this year. It's also being developed by a SK First Nation EDC.

Looking good! All of the proposals coming out of Sask have been really good the last year and a bit!

I agree. I LOVE how that proposal hugs the corner on the upper floors.

Really great news! This will be the first 150m office tower proposed since the late 80's!

Perhaps this second tower will echo the original plans and build literally onto the bell centre. This plan proposed to build 15 floors of condo onto the Bell centre, which is 10 storeys tall, so 25. Otherwise there's a gas station across the street, but I suspect this busy gas station ain't going nowhere.
There's tons of space

A second TDC just the tip of the iceberg.

The end must be near and hell must have frozen over. Longueuil and attractive modern architecture in the same sentence. What's next? Will mullets go out of style?

The new Manulife. Isn't that the only new one in that image?

Proposals for MISSISSAUGA's Old Downtown (Cooksville)

Looks like the BRT proposed along Dundas will be very short-lived, as the area is ripe for LRT in the first place.

First render, 33 storeys (from Urbanation):

Current render (from Jasonzed, SSC):

35 storeys

2. Dundas Trillium Professional Centre (250 Dundas Street West) (formerly a car dealership as well):

Jasonzed, UT

3. Gordon Woods (2130 Hurontario Street) (formerly a bunch of houses):

22 and 36 storeys

Jasonzed, SSC

CondoPulse

4. Mariott Hotel Mississauga Royale (3034 Kirwin Ave)

22 and 42 storeys

MSAi

5. 89 - 95 Dundas Street West (formerly a run-down office building):

37 and 8 storeys

Jasonzed, UT

Here's the latest render for Roccabella. This is the 40-storeys version, now under construction.

Latest render for Triomphe, a project which is re-launched. 20 storeys, on Stanley street. Generic design, but the cladding is made of zinc, so we'll see.
