It looks pretty spread out to me?

But incredible skyline and natural setting. What a perfectly placed golf course for taking impressive shots of the city.

But my favourite is still that endlessly long panorama bulliver took.

I am completely disoriented by that shot - and I spent 6 years there, ha! Where is that taken from? Osborne? Donald?

Edmonton doesn't have the density the big 5 have, but they are no slouch either!

Correct, but we also have 20%+ of the land within the city undeveloped which skews our density numbers.

Red is within the city, undeveloped.

It's taken from the rooftop of 3 Donald St. That intersection in the lower right corner is Donald/Stradbrook.

OH! Near where that rapid transit stop was put in? Hahaha... I passed that almost every day (almost). I lived on Rosedale (Lord Roberts side of the tracks). I'd drive to River, park, and then walk to my work (which was within a block of Broadway).

Edmonton has amazing potential, you guys just need to stop allowing stuff like the Venetian to get built, that project makes my eyes bleed!
