It would be really sweet to see this area get another hi-rise or two. Maybe one that is almost 30-40 stories, in glass would make this area almost a second skyline for Montreal.

Will the Avenue be the first condo project to break ground in the Bell Center area? Not counting the Deloitte tower (for which I believe construction has already started, or at least the demolition)

I think Roccabella will be the first, supposedly it's going to break ground tomorrow.

Je n'ai pas encore compris le choix des matériaux et couleurs pour la rénovation extérieure du Complexe Desjardins. En quoi ce matériau lisse gris et noir est-il en lien avec la brique brune tout autour?
