I really don't get this. Recently I drove a 5 ton van box truck over the Disraeli, something I'm not used to driving, and passed two full-sized semis on the way over. There is plenty of width there, I was not nervous at all. The new bridge is far wider than the old one.

The point is, there are no shoulders for one of the following reasons:
A stalled car to pull over to.
Vehicles who have been in an accident to pull over to.
If there was an accident blocking traffic, you can get by on the shoulder.

I'll stop there. Of course you should be able to drive basically any vehicle over it. The actual bridges themselves are nice, sure. They're brand new. I wasn't looking for the nicest bridges ever built here. But it really wasn't much of an improvement over the old bridge. The sidewalk was separated from the road, that's good. For traffic, there's no difference. It's probably worse with all the curves.

Like I said before, I'm not the Bernie Bummer type. Was just a bit disappointed in the end. I'm happy we got a new bridge that they say can be expanded to 6 lanes. It's built now, so that's great.

Considering the old Disraeli built to 1959 standards was replaced by a bridge with lanes almost as narrow as the old with no shoulders wasn't exactly a progressive move.

236 Osbourne is the Hilltop research building at Confusion Corner. This appears to be an addition to the existing building but will it run south to the Burger King or east towards the Dollar store building?

I walk past that Osborne Address almost everyday. There has been a sign up for over a year regarding leasing opportunities. The building in question is this one.

I keep hearing about rising costs of construction, and as someone who is outside of the construction industry, I am curious as to what more knowledgeable folks feel is possible with $10.5 million (ie. the value indicated a number of posts previous). Does it get you something similar to what the rendering depicts (ballpark-ish)?
