They have a fly through video on the web site that is actually quite amusing. It starts showing the building facing the North Shore and whoever did the rendering has about 1000+ hi-rises there (in North and West Vancouver).

Trying to make the region look super dense but I mean c'mon...

This project looks good though will fill in a nice hole near Waterfront.

Agreed. It could use 7 or 8 floors more (according to taste). I feel the same way about Jameson House, and the upcoming Credit Suisse Tower. Just a little more height would add to
that dynamic "downtown big city" feeling, and wouldn't - one hopes - traumatize the children.

This one looks great as is, but obviously 6-8 more floors wouldn't hurt. The ones that really should have had about 10 more floors is Jameson House, it just looks too fat/stumpy from a few angles the way it is.

Thanks for the update, Jimbo. It looks like it should be above ground by mid-February.

Haven't seen this here. Anyone know if this will be used as building signage?

The overpass is being dismantled today, was almost done at lunch. A shame to lose it. I doubt we'll see a new one installed but it would be welcomed.
