What are you talking about? The picture I posted of the proposed phase 5 picture is average size on my computer. Perhaps change your Internet zoom from 250% to the default 100%.

It's James Av. and Bertha St., not Lily St.

Good point. I just assumed they made a mistake because the postal code they listed is for the area south of city hall between Main and King.
There is an empty lot at the southeast corner of Jamie and Lily as well. So, maybe this is some new proposal than the one I posted

dude. really? I said "First time I saw this surface on the Journal of Commerce website" not the first time I seen it on this forum. I was just being nice and putting a picture to the quote. Learn to read AND understand one's posting before being plain ignorant.

I come on here to share information, not for others to come on here and just call crap out that has no relevance to construction. So what if a picture was posted before? Who cares?Done.

At the time, you posted this pic fully zoomed in, http://www.fortressrealdevelopments.com/wp-content/uploads/fortress_map_updated.jpg, onto the thread. And I had no idea what it was supposed to be for, nor did I want to play Etch-a-Sketch with my scroll bars. my computers not even at 100% BTW.

Trueviking, where did you disappear to! No Free Press articles, no SSP posts, no nothing lately

Once I noticed that I immediately deleted it. It was up for literally 30 seconds. Im done with the idiocy and immaturity some poses on here. I will no longer be contributing on this site. That includes the Centre Point thread as well.

Jamie it's all good dude, i think you're just taking some of these posts too personally

I feel your posts were certainly relevant to the thread, and what the discussion should be about... its just that when construction discussion dies down sometimes this thread wavers and wanders in all sorts of directions. Don't take it personally, no ones trying to diss you from what I read.

Besides, it was nice to see Fortress Dev's website. Some of those projects are pretty cool, especially their belt line tower in Calgary.

Which makes me wonder...will their project here be more like that or like Capitol point? I'm thinking something unique but more along the lines of the latter

Maybe just do what I did, and take a couple of months away from it. It is a nice refresher to get away from the computer and experience the real world. Don't completely leave the site because of something as trivial as this.

Not trying to be an ass here but when you post could you please try to use proper spelling and grammar? It makes reading your posts very tiring and tedious.

You should PM him instead of posting this request publicly. This discussion comes up any time someone new joins. Adrian has something that inhibits his spelling and grammar abilities.

He has gotten much better over the last couple of years. You will just have to be patient, as he continues to overcome this problem.

Anyways I went for a walk today, and thought I would provide everyone with something a little more on topic.

All photo's taken by me, sorry about the quality. I wasn't going for anything special, I was just trying to provide some updates:

Notice the 30% in 1 month on the top right? This is a testament to how our condo market is doing.

Heritage from Donald. Sorry about the trees.

Heritage from Heritage! Looking good. Unfortunately the canopy in pretty much its entirety had to be removed from the boulevard. Hopefully they replant when all is said and done.

Pano coming at ya!

Police Headquarters East Facade from Main St.

Market St. new lighting. Let's wait until winter is over before placing judgement. I find that they are interesting, there is certainly a lot of them.

More of the Same.

More of the Same. Again.

And Again.

And Again.

James St. Condo's

Sky Phase 2

H20 Ugly beast.

Phase 2.

YouCube Phase 2/Alien Site

Boutique Hotel on Waterfront

Finished Union Bank Tower

Alt will come in the next post.
