That makes me feel a bit better if the parking garage (podium?) is going to be used by more than one building.

Still, I need to see some renderings before I give an opinion one way or another but to be honest, I'm not expecting much in terms of design. But maybe I'm totally wrong and this will be a gem in the Historic Core. We'll just have to wait and see.
