Thing is, and we all should take note, the foundation is in, and it has risen a tad, so it is not like it was when they had to do all the demo, and then get the , and I imagine pretty tough foundation in due to our region. But like you said, everything else is pretty much made in a warehouse and then trucked in and slapped together, you only have to look at how New Yorks Park Avenue tower is going up, took a long time for the foundation, but now it is basically rising a floor per day as it is all precast. Minus the central core which is poured on site.
But give it a few weeks till it warms up ( it may ) as febuary is an odd month and I am sure all these towers will bounce back to life.
