Where are you getting these numbers from? I think you are just getting them mixed up.
Cira Center (the one already built) has 29 floors and is 437 feet high.
Cira Center South (Chestnut Tower), which is going to be the residential portion of the Cira South Complex, will have
36 floors, but since it is a residential building, will likely only have 10 foot ceilings and will likely be in the 370 ft- 400 ft range.
Cira Center South (Walnut Tower), which is going to be the office portion of the Cira South Complex, will have
47 floors and will be LEED Certified, meaning AT LEAST 13 foot high ceilings. 13x47= 611.... and that's not including other factors such as floor slabs (usually 7 inches), and the slopping roof in the design. My guess is this building will be in the ~650ft range.
