With the sun reflecting off it, it looks like they glued a bit of Royal Bank Plaza from Toronto onto the side.

what is the lowrise commercial building in the very front of that pic? ie where is the pic taken from? somewhere on Marine Drive in Burnaby I assume?

My guess is that it could be the female prison next to Fraser foreshore park?

They have signed one tenant (not sure if it will be big enough to anchor) but it isn't public yet to my knowledge.

Other than that IC has been pretty quiet on the lease-up.
