I'm also guessing that each of those three houses were bought and sold for around $130,000 each, if not a little bit more, depending on the market value.

Sales on that block as per the Service NB website:
168 CAMERON ST City of/Cité de Moncton $415,000 2011-12-13
160-160 1/2 DUFFERIN ST City of/Cité de Moncton $75,000 2011-04-29
162 DUFFERIN ST City of/Cité de Moncton $118,700 2011-05-31
164 DUFFERIN ST City of/Cité de Moncton $40,000 2011-05-13
405-407 ST GEORGE ST City of/Cité de Moncton $1 2010-11-19
170-170.1/2 DUFFERIN ST City of/Cité de Moncton $1 2012-11-01
168 Cameron is the church. 405-407 St George is Cedars (for $1, it's probably just a family transfer). 170 Dufferin was probably also just transferred between family -- it's decrepit and currently selling for $30,000 on MLS, so the developers would've bought it by now if they wanted it. None of the other buildings on the block have been sold.
My prediction: just an apartment building, with a parking lot on the three Dufferin properties.
