There are renderings from when it was supposed to be condos called Aquaterra.

The original plan called for 7 floors of parking with the residential part starting on the 8th floor. In the rendering at the link above, I'm counting 12 levels of residential and if there's 7 floors of parking underneath that, that would be 19 floors in total - the same as what the recent Austin American-Statesman
article said the new project would have.
Obviously, the interior would be changed as the condo plan called for 163 units and the current plans call for 300 leased units, but my guess is that the exterior will look pretty much like what it would have if the project had built as Aquaterra Condominiums.
