Whoever came up with the renders was thinking of some fantasy when they did the streetscape part. SkyTrain is not like the unsuccessful Scarborough RT, and RapidBus isn't supposed to have such high platforms.
One thing they did miss it seems was adding a station canopy for the LRT lol.
Anyway, this is a very cool project and I hope to see more of it!
