I was flipping through a real estate magazine and from what I can see lot sizes are definitely getting smaller in the middle class market. But this isn't apparent when it comes to the upper class estate developments. If anything developers are pushing bigger "estate style" properties. I'm sure it's the same story out west only I'd assume the properties aren't as old school lookin.
