As I understand it, Lever Architecture actually lease space from LRS, and have their office in the same space as LRS. LRS also do the production information for Lever's projects.
"Only thing they did were [construction] documents" is not an insignificant thing. The amount of technical knowledge required to get a building like this built is actually fairly large. While I agree that LRS are guilty of putting out some very mediocre designs, if they are doing the construction documents, they have every right to have a signboard out on the site.
