I wasn't aware PCM was going to have apartments (I thought just condos) and I hadn't heard anything about the 99 Krog St. apartments either. As Chris mentions, and the article, they wonder if the area can sustain all these apartments. I think it can, and it'll drive prices down, but from what I gather from Simms in his other posts, the prices new units are renting at are very high as is, so I assume having these new units come into the market will just sort of move things towards the historical price point. Just a thought. Also, maybe we see some of these, like 99 Krog St., being condos instead of apartments?
