A clerk at the Bay mentioned Lord & Taylor to me. Don't know credible the rumor is though.

Centrepoint Winnipeg (@CentrepointWpg) tweeted at 11:06 AM on Mon, Nov 05, 2012:
Centrepoint is excited to officially announce two restaurant tenants: Milestones Grill & Bar and a new Pizzeria Gusto Group restaurant!

LOL - considering the boarding around the site "announced" that several weeks ago now it is sort of odd for the PR people to think this is news.

Layout of the retail complex to house Sobeys on Plesis. (Sobey's is set to open in the Spring). One of contractors working out there told me he heard that Tim Hoton's is set to operate one of the other buildings.

Anyone notice that on Graham and Donald, they just removed the black traffic lights and replaced with standard boring yellow and steel traffic lights? Why?

The blacks are better than that.

I saw that too. The new lights are closer to the street than the previous ones. My assumption is it has to do with the landscaping they're undertaking in the area by the arena?

Wow. So are they supposed to be upgrading or downgrading the streetscaping in the S.H.E.D.? Sounds like downgrading. Just like how they are getting rid of the black street light standards on Market Ave for the generic unfinished steel ones. Not even nice ones like they erected on Fort St.

It's possible they're just temporary ones?

They have been doing alot digging at Donald/Graham for the past couple of weeks. They also dug up the lane along the MTS Centre, and removed the 'Sports Stools' as well.
It looks like the traffic lights are the regular kind, and not the countdown counters at Portage and Donald

I saw that area for myself today. I must say it looks absolutely horrendous!!!!!! I sure hope its only temporary cause it totally does not fit in and is out of scale to the rest of Graham.

starting at 169,000 eh......very interested to see what the floor plan is for that unit, wayyyyyyy more affordable then i anticipated. As long as its over 450 sq feet i would easily purchase a unit in that building for that price.

Big sign up at Dubrovnic site, don't think rendering is same as original though.
Anyone know what the current status of this project is?
