Yes you can! But its a challenging climb to the top, and definitely not for the squeamish!

Also the access points are periodically welded shut so new access points must always be 'created'.

What is sad is that no one would have commented had he worn grey flannel track pants from Giant Tiger or some other crappy store, which is on the whole a far shittier and wabo-ish look.

Keep the unique vantage points coming Rico. I like the emphasis on the low-rise density.
