Agreed (processes which occured both with and without Quebec City's control)... I guess this specific topic might be interesting to eventually pursue in light of the "misconceptions about your city" thread.


The following picture was taken in 1937. I love it because it clearly illustrates how massive was the footprint of the railway tracks near the port/train station.
