Looks like they have a few panes of glass going up on the main floor. Was driving by so I don't have a photo.

I did a quick count yesterday - according to their web page 40/71 units (56%) are sold or conditionally sold. Higher up, south facing units selling best.

It was the same with CP when I saw their sold list backs when they first came up for sale; the units facing Wascana and the Leg sold better (and were more expensive).

It appears that the three townhouses that faced Rose St. have disappeared. They are putting the glass panels in the area I thought was to be the townhouses and to me it doesn't like they are still there!What do you think?

I noticed that the other day too. According to their website, one of the townhouses has sold, so I'm not sure what's going on.
