Bosa, Irvine plans call for three projects on balance of 17-acre site
Two condo towers and a high-rise office building downtown worth $649 million received new endorsements Wednesday as Civic San Diego kept alive a 30-year-old development agreement for the Santa Fe Depot property.
Under the 10-year plan to be reviewed by the Planning Commission Thursday and the City Council next month, Bosa Development plans a 41-story, 232-unit tower, estimated at $149 million, at the southeast corner of Pacific Highway and Broadway and a 36-story, 285-unit tower, estimated at $200 million, at the southwest corner of Kettner Boulevard and Ash Street....
