Its the same in Manitoba for english schools, and every school division has french immersion schools or programs (except the french school divisions, because those schools are all french anyways), but its not like that with Alberta. I don't know about BC or Saskatchewan. But whenever I drive in western Canada, Manitoba is the only province with bilingual signs. I understand Atlantic Canada is similar to MB in that regard, especially because of New Brunswick, PEI and Nova Scotia all having relatively significant french populations to the provinces' populations
