Yes, the building has a fun play on scale, but I also can't help but think the style would be really inexpensive to build. And the bland stucco colour gives off a sort of suburban image in contrast to the colours in town. Somehow I think if they changed the colour scheme and made it really intense lego colours I would actually like it. Like if the window glass was more clear or silver instead of tinted blue, and the walls were a vibrant blue, with the roof in a more intense red (or some other similar combination). That would make it seem less lazy/suburban and more avant-garde/modern.
