They did the design for Emaar's 4-storey project in Kerrisdale that looked great but never came to fruition.

That render is of an old, unbuilt project proposed by Emaar for Kerrisdale.

The project Leftcoaster is talking about is a different one - location and developer unknown - but a "tall" one.

This firm specializes in supertall skyscrapers. Maybe Canada's tallest?

I think that's what a lot of people are hoping for, but will we get it? Look at the fanfare over The Mark, and Burrard Gateway. The first one is spandrel city on a nuclear bunker, the second one is honeycomb zig-zag weirdness special.

(another thing that scares me; off-thread,yes, but anyway ... is that the "twisting tower" will end up being sea foam green as well. Don't laugh. This is goofy, eccentric, World Class, sophisticated Hicktown Vancouver. Just about anything can happen.)

But it was modified by the word "decently." For Vancouver, that means just tall enough to solidify Vancouver's table top skyline even further (i.e., nothing distinctively tall; probably 91 to 127 metres).

Ya there is no height set yet but it wont be a 5-10 storey building that's for sure. It also wont likely be a new tallest and certainly not a supertall.

Anyway guys this is years off hence why I posted it in the rumour thread. Just wanted to share a bit of good news.
