I have a friend up in Edmonton piloting Hot Air Balloons. Thought I would share some photos of the city that he took:

Great shots!
The warehouse district has so much potential, can't wait to see Fox and that other one on 103 st go ahead.
Yeah I realize fox isn't the nicest but hopefully it'll be surrounded by higher quality towers in the future.

nice photos - surprised I never noticed this big blank wall before?? Did the sun just caught it an make it more apparent, or have I missed this all along?

Cambridge 2 was supposed to be built adjacent to it.

Correct. 2 Towers were planned, one office (Cambridge) and one hotel (unbuilt).

I guess I'm not that observant as I've never noticed it before. Must not be visible from most angles, or not as apparent as this shot makes it?

Ha, I was very close by - watched most of the parade from the NE corner of 105 St until I walked further up the street to watch the rest of it (parade was moving slower than usual).
