Yes like I said they are both owned by PE.
And HBC manages Lord and Taylor on behalf of their PE owners.

Anyway its a trivial point so sorry for bringing it up. I do agree HBC is turning htings around but bottom line is Nordstrom is one of the best run stores in the world so the bay merely turning it around from near rock bottom isn't going to concern Nordstrom one bit
