There you are. I wonder if we could see any columns today now that the cranes have jumped up. Does anyone know the height to the core beams now? The outer ones just below them are for floor 104 at 1,313'

The government waived its right to have WTC6 rebuilt. Waived...as in they can't legally force the PA to rebuild that building.

I think the old 6 WTC was the low rise black building at the base of the old Twin tower without the antenna.

The old #6 was the furthest from the towers low rise of the old complex. It just might have been marginally salvagable as it was still about 70-75 percent intact structurally t after the attacks, but the decision was quickly (and wisely) made to demolish any remnants of the old complex.

No, that was 5 WTC. 6 WTC had a gigantic hole in the middle of the building caused by the debris from 1 WTC. As has been said, it stood where the new 1 WTC is going up.

Here's a couple of shots I took:

This one was taken from my car earlier this week. Sorry that's it's a little out of focus.

This pic was taken from a Cruise Ship in the Port of Bayonne about 3 weeks ago. Just now had the chance to post it.

If I'm correct, mechanical floors take up two floors.
