The photographer D. A. Cameron calls 1WTC the New Liberty Tower.Sounds weird but cool at the same time.

That Brooklyn Bridge photo really shows how much of a turd in the punchbowl the Verizon building is. You have Maki, Nouvel, Gehry, 1WTC, Woolworth... and then Verizon.

Not much usable office space on the 89th floor but that could sure make for some amazing executive offices! The high ceilings are going to be amazing combined with that view...

why is it that the picture of the 89 floor ( last ofice floor) the core has stoped ? is that the floor the core takes another change in shape and size ?

oops sorry i wasnt at the last page and never noticed an answer to the question had already been posted.

one thing still disturbs me:

why are they always saying that freedom tower has 104 floors ??

that's completely false, the tower has actually only around 76 floors, but no more...

Did they "invented" the 25 ghost floors just in order to be proud to say the tower has more than 100 floors ?

for example they say that the cubic base is 20 floors high...
NO, there are actually 6 floors !!

Moreover you pass directly from floor 93 to floor 100 ...

It's been repeated many times; the 104 number is the amound of theoretical floors and average building of that height could have.
