The station is more like 1/2 a mile away; far too far away to consider this a TOD (remember what the "O" in TOD stands for - it's not OH MY GOD I ENJOY A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE TRAIN STATION OVER A 30 SECOND TRIP TO MY CAR IN THE FREE PARKING LOT).
