It's a rendition not a rendering, that is the process of creating a rendition. Chill out about the friezes, that rendition is not detailed enough to say that they are going to cover the limestone base with stucco. It's development of a derelict building, I'm sure we all would have liked to see it preserved in its entirety but enough remains for use to remember what stood there while moving forward at the same time.
