Anyway it's sad for it , but otherwise Sherbrooke is a nice city with a nice landscape around, but it's the only city I know of that size with a skyline that small. Even Rimouski has a better one. I rly hope that one day it will grew up there. Let's hope it.

Agreed! They chopped its height in half and it's size looks like 1/3 of the original! Sad

AFAIK, it's the first (of many) high-rise residential projects for The Madison Group. However, I'm sure the company and both Madison Avenues in Toronto and New York are named after James.

Actually, a quick google search tells me the group is headquartered at 53 Madison Avenue in Kitchener, so they're probably named after the street they work on. But I couldn't tell you why the street in Kitchener is named that. It could be named after the American president, but it could also just as easily have been named for a local resident with that surname. Regardless, we in Montreal have a street named President Kennedy so I guess we shouldn't criticize on this too much

The new arena in Edmonton is the best proposal that I've seen in a very long time.

Well, actually, like circle33 mentioned it could also fit in on a distant planet in the near future.

Maybe it should be "Welcome to the 22nd century" instead.
