A project in the works downtown could bring new life to two dilapidated warehouse buildings including converting one of them into Austin's version of the famed Gruene Hall music venue in New Braunfels.

Sorry but this belongs on a different lot, try say one in the capitol view corridor,,,space is getting more and more limited to have this kind of development there.
