A little off topic, but the parking lot next to the U.S. Bank is begging for development. It looks about the same size, if not larger than the Boise Hole.
I can't say it enough, Main St. will be quite a dense little area for Boise standards. I excited to see what other kinds of development this project sparks downtown.
