Exactly, and I'm pretty sure there's like 6 or 7 phases to the Brewery District project.

Each building is not it's own phase, multiple buildings are constructed during each phase. I used to know the break down for this project and will have to recheck what will be built when.

I'm wondering when they will bring the 1st residential tower to the market .... should be pretty soon I would imagine

Better to get the office blocks built before the residents are in so they don't complain about view blockage or traffic issues.

bldg 2 is complete, bldg 1 is well underway, i think bldg 3 is also going, i will try pay attention next time i pass

Updates!




Building 2 is above ground now. I wouldn't be surprised if they started the commercial building and smallest of the residential buildings at the corner of Columbia and Braid before this one is topped out.

It'll be really interesting to see what these units come in price wise. Easy to compare with all the other new developments in New West.
