Okay, do you see almost in the middle of the tower; right where half of the building cuts off and the other half just keeps on rising?

Okay my question is, what will the roof of that deck be used for? Like what will go there?

Nothing. It's just a setback. Some people have suggested that it be an observatory platform, but people's suggestions DON'T matter, only the pockets of the wealthy do.

You couldn't really use it for an obs deck,even if it was possible. It's too short.

I'd hope those "wealthy people" in charge were smart to do it because putting an outdoor observation deck on 4WTC would generate a lot of revenue too.

Not much people will pay 10-20 dollars to look from an observation deck 500 feet from street level.

People would kill for an OUTDOOR observation deck (at the WTC site) no matter how high it is. But it is not feasible (in the wealthy man's pockets). But in realty this is America anything's possible. It would have a killer view HEAD on of 1 WTC though.

Agreed. It'll definitely be in competition there with 1WTC.. But they both will be up there high with each other..

Because yes, 1WTC has an observation deck, but it's about 1,300 ft high indoors.
Yes, 4WTC (could) have an observation deck, but it's outside.
Americans love having outdoor observation decks because it gives it a more realistic feel.

So SEEING THAT WE AREN'T HAVING A OBSERVATION DECK ON THE OTHER TOWER **Cough** 1WTC, unfortunately. I'd think it would definitely be a cool idea. At least it would bring in SOME revenue, ya know?
