Has there been any news about the Crane going back up? I see construction is still moving along slowly with the one Crane (seems the cocoon will jump soon).

Yeah it would seem the steel pieces lost/damaged in the accident have now been not only replaced but erected as well so we should see the next jump soon- at least that's how it appears...

Does anyone know what that big open space is near the 55-60th floor almost half way in the middle of the building for? Is it like a outdoor terrace or something?

If not, what is going to be on there?

(I'm talking about where half of the tower cuts off).

^ It's the floor layout of 4WTC in front of the silhouette of 3 WTC, which is in front of the silhouette of 2 WTC.
