I was hoping for 215 meters! Still though, I'll take it.

Considering the location I wouldn't be suprised if the developer applied to add several more floors! I really hope this will end up taller than B/A Center considering it's a decent quality design.

Ten York: 253.4M (831 ft)

Ice II: 234.4M (769 ft)

Ice I: 202M (663 ft)

Ice I and II will also be smaller than the two towers proposed southeast to them at 90 Harbour St. 2 towers at 70 stories, 239.5M (786 ft).

It would be nice to see some proper renders on that project. The ones we have are kinda grainy.

Might still be a while before it goes into sales because of the othet big projects that will be launching shortly.

Final phase of Cityplace will be two 60 floor towers

Could be two more 200 meter towers for Toronto.

With potential developments we are at around 35-36 towers over 200 meters.

This is just rumour - but from someone high up at Concord as reported at UT by Edtoronto

So instead of one 69 story building, we might be getting two 60 story ones...
Which is good because honestly I'd rather take two 600-700'footers than one 800ft building.

Its looking more and more like your prediction of 40 200m+ towers by the end of the year just might come to pass !

The north side of the tower has a different design then the other three sides. I like it. Seeing as it has no balconies on the north side they may actually use curtain wall on it.

The 'Edmontonian' (just north of Epcor Tower)

Take it for what it's worth, but this condo has been redesigned and height added... now going to be applying for 235m..... 235m!!!!!!!!

Since when does Edmonton do that kind of height? That would make it the 2nd tallest building in Alberta!

Is that the old rendering? I count only 41 storeys. That would make it closer to 135 metres.

Propose, rezone, get approved, sell for considerably more than current value.
