Red = proposal
Green = U/C
A bunch of constructed buildings such as Pantages and Spire were missing so I tried to ad those that I noticed. Also I'm sure I missed a bunch of U/C or proposed buildings. This view shows everything within front to Bloor, and Jarvis across to University. Most of the red is just massing.

If you see something missing, please let me know. Also I'm not putting in any speculation proposals.

Great job man! I wonder, could you or someone do something like that for Burnaby? I've been dying to see what Metrotown will look like with all the new insane additions to the skyline.

I can if it's part of the Vancouver link Dleung posted. I already downloaded it. Also Dleung, any chance of posting the links to res to of downtown T.O?

One thing I noticed that was missing was INDX on Temperance st. (50 stories)

You're right, that red building is the new 50 floor office proposal.

Those north and south views are wonderful. It's the first good glimpse of how magnificent Yonge will be when it gets built out. Btw, CASA II is in the wrong spot. Isn't it going on the north side of Charles, but to the east of CASA I? The old postal station is opposite Chaz. The spot you have CASA II is a parking garage.

They interviewed city officials, citizens, and filmed large tracts of downtown Oslo. Posting some photos of some streets in Oslo is an extremely weak rebuttal. You found some streets in disrepair? What's your point?

There's zero reason why Toronto can't follow the Norweigian strategy.

Sick Kids Hospital, 880 Bay, 1000 Bay, 43 Gerrard, FIVE Condos and St. Nicholas Condos are missing. Also, Massey Tower is probably going to be taller than what's represented.

It's too bad that the model doesn't include the Entertainment District or Southcore.

Thanks, I'll ad those. FYI INDX is there, you can see it almost in front of the CN Tower. 100 Adelaide is right behind it giving it an odd shape from this angle. If Dleung is unable to provide the links to the rest of the downtown I'll start Building everything south of Bloor myself. The South of front and Entertainment District will be a see of red and green.

Nice job! What are the two green buildings in the bottom-right corner? Can't be 609 Sherbourne. I like the fantasy supertall in front of Scotia. Looks to be about 1100 ft with a 400 ft antenna.

Thanks for the files dleung, unlike the last these were cad files so maya can import them. I think Gresto was talking about Couture and X2 in the front corner.

I was using existing towers for height scales. Mind you I should just create stand in geo's for 100,150,200,250,300,350m. It would save me time. When I do Vancouver I think I'll do that.

Pretty impressive! A couple of 900-1000 footers would really add a lot. I kind of like the "Book-end" effect. Talls on both ends of DT.
