I already live out in the 'burbs ... though the 'burbs in Shanghai have better transit service and amenities than inner city Calgary does!

I know all about the problems with affordable 3 bedroom apartments, as I'm in the same boat. Looking to buy a place here this year, but with a budget of only about 1.1 million RMB (~$175,000) that limits me to suburban areas (can't afford more because of the requirement for a 30% downpayment). However, the prices here are on the decline, so it seems I can get a 3 bedroom place within walking distance of a subway station within my budget, so that's all that matters to me.

I've said this one before and I'll say it again: Babies are weird.

Congrats, though.

Nolan is now 7 months old and is trying to grab everything, including my DSLR.
He was literally just inches away from my lens.

Congratulations to both of you!

Due date for #2 is the 24th, only a little longer until I am sleep deprived again.
